Important notice for change or refund a ticket
Airline ticket validity is varied and depends on the airline policy. They can be valid for a maximum of 12 months from the ticket issue date (not the departure date) if the ticket is changeable or refundable. The airline’s policy applies at all times.
Some airlines have extended the validity of those tickets affected by Covid-19 for a maximum of 24 months; the airline’s policy applies at all times.
Please send your request via email If you have purchased a ticket from us with the condition above before your ticket validity is expired.
We provide you with Booking & Advisory Services that allow you to acquire a Travel Product from a Third-Party Travel Provider. We act as an agent for the Third-Party Travel providers. By acquiring booking and advisory services from us, you agree that you have read and understood both terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Third-Party Travel Provider relating to the Travel Product. It is your own responsibility to acquaint yourself with all relevant travel information, including the due date expiry of your purchased ticket and the airline’s updated policy. It is your own responsibility to inform us via email to change or refund your ticket before the expiry date of your ticket.
